Simple joy: Sinigang in Singapore!
So happy we're able to satisfy our Pinoy food cravings here, either at the Lau Pa Sat Festival Market (nearest MRT: Raffles Place) or Lucky Plaza (nearest MRT: Orchard).
Sinigang as per Wikipedia: Filipino soup or stew characterized by its sour flavor most often associated with tamarind (sampalok). Variations: tamarind, guava or miso. Meat options: pork, shrimp or milkfish.
